Process of the production line
Raw material(Polypropylene Granule )→Pellet feeding( Masterbatches)→Melting and Extruding→Filtration→Metering→Spinning→Air drawing→Web forming→Thermal calendering→straining→Rolling up→Cutting and packing (As per the attached design)
The main processing as fllowing:
